About
The craft that carries the essentials.
The Mars Vehicle is a problem-solving business umbrella — built on the belief that the best outcomes come from assembling the right specialists, not trying to be everything yourself.
The concept
The Mars thought experiment
Imagine you're opening a company on Mars. You have one vehicle. You can only take what fits. Who do you bring — and what do you need?
You wouldn't take generalists hoping they'd figure it out. You'd take the best person for each critical function: someone who knows payments, someone who knows marketing, someone who knows the systems that keep a business running.
That's the idea behind The Mars Vehicle. We've assembled the specialists. We've loaded the vehicle. When you work with us, you get the whole crew — coordinated, focused, and ready to move.
Philosophy
One roof. Many specialists.
Most businesses don't need a single agency that does everything adequately. They need the best person for each job, working together. The Mars Vehicle is the structure that makes that possible — a coordinated umbrella where each partner is genuinely world-class in their domain, and where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
01
Best-in-class partners
Every capability in the vehicle is delivered by a specialist who does that one thing exceptionally well — not a generalist stretched across too many disciplines.
02
Coordinated, not siloed
The partners work together under one umbrella. That means less friction, fewer gaps, and a coherent strategy across every function.
03
Built for real businesses
We focus on the essentials — the capabilities that actually move the needle for a growing business: revenue, operations, technology and compliance.
Founder
The person behind the vehicle
The Mars Vehicle was founded by Chris Steyn — a business problem-solver with over 30 years of experience in ERP, Retail and Trade software development. We understand how to extract data from these systems and turn it into decisions. That deep technical foundation, combined with expertise in AI and growth strategy, is what makes the vehicle different. The idea was simple: stop sending clients to five different agencies and start building something that works as one.
